Very good. Confirmation and booking procedure very easy. Pre-holiday correspondence helpful and accommodating. Good personnel waiting on board to greet us, paperwork simple and quick to complete. Excellent services, very accommodating and flexible with regards to check out time. The condition of the boat is generally good. A/C needs attention - forward cabins. Shower head damaged in one cabin. Our skipper, Spyros, was very attentive and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. Did not impose on our holiday - very discreet. Thank you all for an excellent holiday.

Any sailor (crew members in the case) should know that he/ she should report to the owner any "problem" relevant to the yacht may arise during the charter. This is the only way so that I can solve it & finally help my guests. I am online (on the phone as well) 24hrs/ day for that reasons ...Federico is very nice person, kind and honest as well. We had excellent collaboration all the time before & during the charter! Thank you ... Federico!
